Register a new brain to the template

To register a new brain, we have provided a GUI that can be used to register a new brain to the template. To run the GUI, navigate to the ant_template_builder folder and run the following command:

./run_registration_gui.sh

Warp a Segmentation Label / Point Set / Different Channel to the Template

To warp a segmentation label, point set or a different channel to the template, we have provided a GUI that can be used to warp the segmentation label, point set or a different channel to the template. To run the GUI, navigate to the ant_template_builder folder and run the following command:
