Important acquisition notes

-When adjusting the FOV box in Paravision, you can ONLY change translations, DO NOT rotate at all. Otherwise, the cosines will not be integers and will create problems specially with RABIES. What do if my brain is rotated? Go back to the scanner and gently rotate the head of the animal until it is aligned. All alignments should be done in the scanner, not Paravision.
