Places to find information
- Umployee → Umployee is the universities main source of information. You can find all sorts of information under practical information, and join groups that are relevant for you. Those may be: MHeNs and DIV III (ask Rachelle for access).
- Successfactors → Find and manage all your contract matters here. You can also submit leave hours here. On the right sidebar you can find

, these are particularly useful to find people and information. - MyUm → You can request reimbursements here. This was the system before successfactors, and will be phased out in the future.
- ICT self-service portal → All your ICT needs can be found here. Everything from software licences (Zoom, Office, Matlab), to all needs for your workspace (e-mail, wifi access, working from home, VPN, Surfdrive and printing). It also includes e-mails, telephone and roomnumbers for FHML ICT support.
The CAO

All dutch universities fall under the CAO (Collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst). This is an collective agreement that the union negotiated to improve your contract. You can read all information. For example, you can find your salary progression over the years (see appendix)

An important component is the 'CAO Keuzemodel'. You can adjust your working hours to your needs, and use holiday hours for certain benefits, including a new bike or sport subsciption. Have a look on Umployee, or ask your collegues!
