Seneschal

(NOT IMPLEMENTED!) (Passive) INT
Possessed By: Some Humans, Paladins, Priests, Warriors, Loremasters.
Effects:  The Seneschal skill has the following uses:
   * Steward of Followers (Passive): Intelligent creatures who follow you grow stronger through their own fighting. Each follower keeps a tally of the foes it slays itself; a foe near the follower's own strength counts fully, a much weaker one counts for very little. When the tally is large enough, the follower advances one rank, from skilled through experienced, veteran, elite, master and paragon to legendary, gaining hit points, accuracy, speed and every attribute. No follower can advance to a challenge rating above your Seneschal rating, and an advance must also fit the strength of the party you can lead. A follower that cannot yet advance keeps its tally, and advances when it next kills or when you next gain a level. Animals, mindless creatures, dragons and followers bound by magic never advance this way.
   * Claim Keep (Active, Unimplemented): The Seneschal skill covers courtly etiquette, medieval finance and moneylending and general lordly competence. In game terms, it allows a character to own property and manage it competently, building and maintaining a keep or fortress somewhere on the overland map should she complete a quest that would award her with such. In addition to providing her with a safe place to keep items she doesn't carry with her, such a locale would provide the character with a steady income of gold based on her Seneschal rating as time passes, and allow her to attract greater numbers of troops to her banner over time.
