Quick Draw [Warrior] Benefit:   You are able to exchange items in and out of your weapon hand, ready hand, shoulder and belt slots very quickly -- it takes you only 1/4th the normal time to do so. It still takes time to remove items from containers or pick things up. Allows: Faster Than The Eye.
