Improved Initiative

Improved Initiative [Warrior] Prerequisite: WIS >= 13. Benefit: Others are rarely able to act before you are ready to respond to their action. If you are attacked while off-guard, you may make a Dexterity check (DC 15). If successful, you negate the condition of being off-guard and ready your defenses before the attack lands. Allows: Dirty Fighting.
