Guarded Stance

Guarded Stance [Warrior] Prerequisite: INT >= 13, Melee BAB >= 1. Benefit: You are able to position yourself and your polearm intelligently in combat situations. If you are wielding a reach weapon, you are not off-guard, and an opponent fails to close with you, you may make an attack of opportunity on that opponent. In addition, if you are making an attack of opportunity because an opponent is charging you, you gain a +8 bonus to hit.
