Expert Tactician

Expert Tactician [Warrior] Prerequisite: INT >= 13, Combat Reflexes, Melee BAB >= 2. Benefit: When you attack an opponent who is surprised or denied her dexterity bonus to defense (for any reason except being off-guard or not being able to see you), the attack takes no time. This only applies to normal melee, ranged and brawl attacks, as well as magical touch attacks. It does not apply to great blows or trip attempts (for example). You may only make one "free" Expert Tactician attack on a given adversary per turn.
