Ambidexterity

Ambidexterity [Warrior] Prerequisite: DEX >= 15. Benefit: You are equally proficient with both of your hands; you effectively do not have an "off hand", and thus you do not suffer a greater penalty to attack rolls made with the weapon in your Ready Hand when fighting with two weapons.
