   • @stinebuu has merged 5g-branch into subnet-free-topology-branch (to become NEST 3, not pushed yet), surprisingly few issues and failing tests
   • will get it up-and-running for the conference
6. Review of NEST User Mailing List
   • Little traffic since last conference, no critical unanswered mails
7. Review of open Github Pull Request
   • Focused on PRs for NEST 2.16
   • Re-assigned some reviewers
8. Review of open Github Issues
   • Reviewed and labeled all unlabelled issues
   • Reviewed open critical and high priority issues
   • Closed several issues that are fixed
9. Comments to merges since last VC
   • Fix #954: Avoid the use of unrelated typenames to distinguish template classes
   • Update help generation for MyModule and fix Py27-unicode
