ESTOFS aggregation: We helped NOAA/CSDL create scripts to aggregate their data and deliver them with UGRID-1.0 conventions. Dataset endpoint: http://coastalmodeldev.data.noaa.gov/thredds/ESTOFSAggCatalog.html?dataset=AtlanticAggESTOFS. Next steps:

• install sci-wms and/or ncWMS2 at CSDL and evaluate their performance with this rather large grid (254,565 nodes, 492,179 elements)
• get ncISO services running

NECOFS nowcast: Helped SMAST make THREDDS services more reliable by working with them on THREDDS configuration, and enabling UGRID compliance. Installed ncWMS2 service, which works well with GOM3 and MASSBAY forecasts Next Steps:

• Install Docker to improve reliability
• Upgrade to TDS5 with integrated ncWMS2 (which supports UGRID)

Worked with U Reading team to enable UGRID support in ncWMS2

Worked with Dave Neufeld to enable CF-compliant services for new Sandy combined bathymetry/terrain models.

Worked with RENCI to enable UGRID support for ADCIRC Advanced Guidance Hurricane forecast products

Built Docker containers for THREDDS, ERDDAP, ncWMS2, sci-wms, pycsw. This allows more ease of installation and maintenance, as well as more robust services to be deliveredby the geospatial community. https://hub.docker.com/u/axiom/
