Who do we want to interview?


  • Someone whose family speaks an indigenous language

  • Someone familiar with web interfaces and tech in general eg s/he must NOT be someone who can't download an app from play store

  • Experts

    • A language instructor/teacher
    • An expert in that particular language
    • People who already know newari and check to see if they resonate with data being shown
    • Professional who can provide us feedback on making the app user-friendly and engaging.
  • Learners

    • GenZs
    • Student who are learning or interested in learning indigenous language
    • Someone who doesn't already know the language
    • Newari people who feel it's difficult to learn newari language
    • University students who are learning languages as part of their curriculum or for personal interest.Eg: students from TU
  • Others

    • Some parents who want their children to learn such language.
    • Person who has no experience in web development

  • Figure out navigation on home screen. Like what do they see? What do they expect when they click a certain button

  • Change language

  • Learn to pronounce some words

  • Increase their streak value (we can go in the database and to change last date to the previous day)

  • Questions for Future features

    • Use voice recognition to practice and get feedback on their pronunciation.
    • Review their previous lessons.
    • Give reviews/feedbacks through the app
