A discreet cell inside the gameworld. A Room will measure ~ 4000x4000 pixels.
Rooms inside the Chunk are being actively updated by the Phaser scene's update loop. Rooms outside the Chunk are saved to the hard drive with a timestamp indicating when it was last rendered. When a previously saved Room is loaded and added to the Chunk, we update the state of the Room and it's entities based on how much time has passed.
