Obviously there are lots of ways of constructing this design.. you could build it on perf board: (photo)

or you could design a PCB, or you could buy a PCB that someone has already designed.

User Dr Acula on http://www.retrobrewcomputers.org has designed several PCBs, described here. The cheapest of these is the "Multicomp Cyclone II-C" board, (v1.10) which measures 100mm x 100mm, costs less than £3.00 and produces a much neater result (pcb photo)

Here is the board schematic: https://www.retrobrewcomputers.org/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=boards:sbc:multicomp:cycloneii-c:cyclone2v110.pdf

You can buy a batch of 10 boards from an online vendor in China (the design files are on their server): http://dirtypcbs.com/store/designer/browse/9663

..or you can join the forum at http://www.retrobrewcomputers.org and find someone to sell you a single board (since most people who have bought 10 boards do not want to use all of them).
