9/28 Research has been then majority of the project so far. After meeting with a few professors in the CS department I have shifter focus from construction of a database (which is supposedly the easiest part) to finding and tuning a proper server that should be compatible with the front end developer. I was suggested XAMPP and have begun basic development on the free server.
