Hereunder is a brief overview of both missions of our Cansat. You will find more details about the development of our primary and secondary missions in their specific sections of the wiki.

Primary Mission

The primary mission is set out as part of the 'must haves'. So we'll be monitoring 2 key parameters using the BMP280 sensor

1. Temperature
2. Pressure

Secondary Mission

Our secondary mission, decided by ourselves,is to deploy a landing mechanism before the CanSat hits the ground. The Cansat will land on presumably deployable legs and land upright and continue to send data to the ground station as long as the battery lasts. This type of guided landing is common for satellites and will provide us with an exciting mechanical challenge. A buzzer would be activated which would facilitate recovery.
