Old Palace School CanSat Project

This repository and wiki holds the project information that helped to design, build and test our project.The STEM UK pages have a lot of background information on the project in general. The project is based around sending a 65mm diameter, 115mm high and 300grams satellite up to around 400m using a model rocket. The satellite is the size, shape and weight of a soft drinks can. The challenge is to fit all the major subsystems found in a satellite, such as power, sensors and a communication system, into this minimal volume.

The satellite will have both a primary mission and a secondary mission. The primary is the same for all teams and involves measuring the temperature and pressure as the satellite descends. The secondary mission will be decided by our team.
