As a User, I want to be able to easily identify the page I am on at any given time and to be able to know where I came from.

Acceptance Criteria: The site provides a means of breadcrumbs to users to aid in navigation. Story Point:

Functional User Testing:

Users should be able to visibly see breadcrumbs that represent a logical path of pages visited. Clicking through breadcrumbs should result in visits to expected pages that match the content of what was clicked.
