In case you need to create an account for a customer (not a vendor):

• It is critical to ask IT specifically for synchronising AD (Active Directory) with secure access, otherwise customers accounts won’t be seen in Symfonie. It is not needed for vendor accounts, they are already automatically synchronised, but customer's are not.

• When any MNET account (customer or vendor) is created, Symfonie will be automatically synchronising accounts during every night (script). If someone can't wait till the next day, you can always launch it manually in Symfonie / Admin / Users / Import button. After couple seconds, users will be updated.
