If internal users (CZ) cannot access a task in Symfonie, or if you need to reproduce an issue related specifically to their account, you can try the following:

  • There is no need to ask the user for their credentials. Instead, you can ask them to generate a Security Token.
  • Tokens can be generated by every user (see related chapter on the Get Started guide for internal users.
  • Once you receive the Token, you can log in as the specific user and try to reproduce the issue.

In order to gain access to external user accounts (MNET), try the following steps:

  • Get access to Moravia's list of external user credentials.
  • Search account by name or company. By clicking on the account name, e-mail associated will be displayed.
  • On the last column to the right of each line, there is a link to the Password.
  • Then you can log in as the external user and try to reproduce the issue on their behalf.
  • You can also reset the user's password through this portal in case of a log-in failure.
