Intro Course 3.2.2: GunnShow New User Setup

The first time you use GunnShow, there is some internal GunnShow setup you need to configure:

  • First, make sure you have a gunns/ repo clone somewhere in your $HOME Linux file space that you can access from your H:\ drive in Windows.
    • In gunns/ you should also have completed setting up its submodules like gunnshow/ and ms-utils/. Help on that setup here.
  • In rd1, open MS Visio.
  • In the GunnShow tab, select Create Network > Electrical. This will fill in the GunnShow menu with more options.
  • Next, follow the steps in GunnShow: First Time Visio Setup: Configure Paths. First you will select GunnShow > Edit Settings, then enter your Path Variables as described.
