Using command prompt or powershell, run the "PakPatcherPO.exe" file with the location of your game's shipping exe as the argument. For example:

PakPatcherPO.exe "S:\Games\CCFF7R\CCFF7R\Binaries\Win64\CCFF7R-Win64-Shipping.exe"
