We can configure auto fetch at the dashboard level and widget level. The dashboard level auto fetch can be dominating and non dominating.

Dominating - The dashboard scheduler timer will be the ultimate timer that will refresh the widgets data. The widget timer will not function in this mode.

Non dominating - The dashboard scheduler will refresh only the widgets whose scheduler is disabled.
