BugGuardian works with both user credentials and Personal Access Tokens (PATs).

To use a PAT, just create one as shown above and then use its value in both the Username and Password fields.

If you want to create a new PAT for BugGuardian, you don't need to authorize it to a lot of Scopes. It only needs Read & Write on Work Items:
