Netdata is an extremely useful program in that it will provide the server owner an immense amount of information. Depending on amount of resources the server owner has, Netdata will assist by providing information on where the server container certain choke points. Most of the choke point can easily be identified by hard-drive usage, bandwidth limitations, ram utilization, and much more!

Netdata is a great asset to utilize. Be aware that Netdata has 0 built-in protections. Utilizing Netdata on a local network is fine, but if running Netdata on a remote server; the server owner needs to deploy PTS Shield to protect the program.
