Many Thaumaturge features (including Exploit Vulnerability) require an object of symbolic importance, known as an implement, be held in hand in order to activate the feature. The module handles this through the Manage Implements dialog, which can be found at the bottom of the inventory tab on the Thaumaturge's character sheet.

The Manage Implements button opens the dialog through which a Thaumaturge can manage which items they carry are their symbolic implements. To assign an item to an implement, drag the item from the character sheet into the appropriate slot on the Manage Implements dialog. The image of the item and its name will fill the slot. Press Confirm Changes to apply the changes to your implement loadout. Icons will be placed next to the items that have been designated as implements allowing the Thaumaturge to easily see which items are implements and any rule elements that apply to the implement will be created on the item.

The Clear Implements button removes all items from being implements and removes all rule elements that exist on the items.
