The Exploit Vulnerability Tracker is a helpful panel on the Actions tab of the character sheet which displays some information about the current status of Exploit Vulnerability.

It shows whether Exploit Vulnerability is active, whether Personal Antithesis, Mortal Weakness, or Breached Defenses was selected, and allows you to click a button to quickly target your Primary Exploit Vulnerability Target.

If your primary target is not on the current scene, it will inform you and remove the target button.
