• This would be good yes.

7. In what format should the reports be?

• They should be in usual ms excel format

• Yes.

9. Do you need to see warehouse status?

• Yes.

10. Can accountant order products to warehouse?

• Yes.

11. Can you see workers working-hours?

• Yes, that's how we calculate salary

12. Can you sort sold products by waiter?

• Yes. In that way we can keep track on products if something has gone missing

13. How do you calculate workers salary?

• We calculate it by working hours and add performance pay

14. How long do you keep the bills?

• Physically a year and in the system database for 5 years

15. What payment methods do you support?

• We support cash and credit/debit cards

16. Can you see inventory changes through the system?

• Yes, so I can keep a track of inventory.

17. Do you support foreign credit/debit cards?

• Yes, as long as it is a visa/master card.

18. Is backup of the system made automatically every day?

• Yes, back up of everyday is needed.

19. Can you change discount % for loyal customers?

• Yes, for campaigns etc. Also, this should be done for different products.

20. Do you need information about food gone bad?

• Yes. The software should be able to automatically synchronize with the warehouse about this kind of information.
