Alpha & Beta Testing is regarded as an essential part of making our products into better software and people helping with Alpha & Beta Testing is in a sense, just as important as developers to ensuring the continued success of the project.

Taking a Alpha & Beta Tester role is to help test our products and investigate possible problems that might arise during this process. By bug reporting and tracking process, ensure that projects developers have as much time available for fixing things, and to ensure that users get prompt replies to their queries, and that things are fixed in a timely manner.
