Hiring system:

• Like the system to get exams results without the need of physical human existence inside the university which shall be tied to local universities without determination of university degree type because some people shifts their career after graduation or in the mid of their lives as long as he/she is qualified enough to do the job.

• Upon applying the hiring system which is connected to local universities in a country, then no need to write a resume (cv). Just collect the necessary data about candidates (Source System is internal and tied to university), then display them in a readable format to recruiters and other tech interviewers.
