How to handle mother fucker savage dogs of countryside if you do not have to evaporate them:

If someone mistreated/harassed/bullied you, whether during your onboarding process or after that, then you have to collect your thoughts and do a COMPLAINT against that person in a written way whether using a paper or an email depending on the maturity of the organization where you work.

FYI/FYA: You have to write down the bad doings of that person to you AKA it's damage effect to yourself.

Then you have to give that documented complaint to your direct manager (supervisor).


If that person was your direct manager (supervisor), then you have to escalate that complaint another level through the organization chart and move to the next managerial level AKA its direct manager (supervisor).

Finally if you did not reach to a proper punishment to that person, then you have to report that incident to the police as mentioned here.

Normal case: report the complaint to CTO

Escalated case: report that complaint to the board-of-management mentioning the status with the CTO

Exceptional case: report that complaint to the police mentioning the status with the organization
