1. Consent

By downloading, installing and using this version of the mobile application "MonTransit", the user accepts these terms.

2. Scope

The app provides access to transit information content but does not produce the content.

The app is an information organizer and aggregator.

The app shows the best information available, however the information cannot reasonably be verified which means that the information is provided without any guaranty or legal responsibility.

3. Termination

The user may terminate these terms without cause at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Third parties

The app reads information from 3rd party data providers such as YouTube (Google).

By using the app, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
