Prerequisites

• Mobile is only supported by mSupply version 3.6 or higher.
• If you are running a lower version, please upgrade before continuing.

Setting up mSupply for Mobile

Setting up a store

• to login to a store, the store must:

  • be associated with its own sync site.
  • be set as a Collector store on the primary sync site (ID 1).
  • be set as a local Active/Collector store for its own satellite sync site.
  • have the central store set as visible.
  • have the central store set as its supplier.**
  • be visible to the central store.

• to login to a store, the user must:

  • have the store set as their default.

** Note: the central supplying store must have the preference for supplier invoices from stock transfers set to 'On Hold'.

Configuring a store

• store customers must be added centrally.
• appropriate store item visibilities must be set.
• master lists must to be set up for the store and its customers.
