• Apples (from the farmers market are best!)
• Flaxseed
• Cinnamon

Mill 3 tablesoons flax seed with a coffee grinder or "Magic Bullet."

Mix in 3 tablespoons of cinnamon. Place in a bowl surrounded by apple wedges.
