Introduction to user interface

After starting of the application, the following window appears:

Main user interface elements:

  1. Main panel - depending on the selection the panel exposes
    • information model view,
    • address space view
    • 3D information model view
  2. Help panel - the user can read here an context sensitive e-book about the OPC UA technology, which is coupled with the OPC UA model.
  3. Model – the OPC UA Information Model view
  4. Browse view - the graphical representation of the Address Space as the instance of the Information Model in concern (a s exposed by the the OPC UA Server).
  5. Model 3D - a three-dimensional view of the OPC UA Information Model.
  6. Menu toolbar
  7. Navigation toolbar - containing filters and navigation buttons
  8. Search toolbar - user search for a particular node name in the model view
