Description

The Ecosystem Demography Test Suite (EDTS) is a set of bash and MATLAB scripts that automate the execution of multiple simulations over a variety of well known sites, performs benchmarking and automatically generates a report.

Required!

ED2 developers: all new code submitted to the master via pull request must meet benchmarking expectations. Please provide an EDTS report to the code Czars (Knox, Dietze and Kooper) with all pull requests.

A driver dataset is required to run the tests, which can be found here:
