导入SHP文件
点击右键待测图层，Open Attribute Table（打开属性列表）
给属性列表添加(add field)一个字段，取名area
地理坐标系转投影坐标系，View->Data Frame Properties, Coordinate System ->搜索Beijing 1954 选择其中一个坐标系(Beijing 1954 3 Degree GK CM 102E)；确定；
修改单位：General -> Units->Display Meters；确定
右键Attribute Table->Calculate Geometry ->Property:Area->Use coordinate system of the data frame:Beijing 1954 3 Degree GK CM 102E, Units->Square Meters[sq m]; OK;
