Welcome to the E3 for The Hidden Forest Server !

This is the E3 macro originally written by Killians or the PEQ server. I have taken his original work, and have fix/expanded on it. Also custom events/code have been made specifically for the THF server and its custom content. I am sharing my work with my fellow THF denizens in hope of making the game more fun for new people, and to help boost our population. Please do not use this macro to abuse or break any server rules.

What is E3?

E3 is a macro for Macroquest 2. It is a complete solution for both small and large groups of bots. This macro after initial setup will use in game commands/EQBCS server to allow your bots to communicate and act. This is not a automated macro, and will require you to control how, what, and when your bots take action. This is best accomplished by choosing a Main character to issue most of the commands often a Tank works best.

What is Macroquest 2?

Macroquest 2 is a program designed to interact with Everquest, and follow a set of commands to help you control your characters.

What is WinEQ2?

WinEQ2 is a boxing software that helps with launching EQ characters, multicore cpu fixes, and AutoLogin support. It also makes switching between characters very easy with integrated hotkey switching with ALT+Control+1-8, and window naming.

Where do I download the macro and MQ2 build?

The files are all located here in this repo and instruction to setup both plus other recommended programs is provided in this wiki.

How do i update E3?

Once you have E3 installed and working you may want to update the macro as new commits become available or new milestone builds are released. The best way to do this is to follow the commits and ready what files have been changed. You can then download the repo and replace the files with the new ones. This only applies to files within the E3.INC folder which are called include files, or the E3 macro itself. All Bot.ini or ini files within the macro setting folder should only be edited not replaced.

Help something is wrong or I found a bug what do i do?

If you need help with the macro in terms of encountering difficulty setting it up and running it its best to either contact me in game or on the THF discord server. My in game character/discord name is Muergan. If you have found a bug with the macro or have written new code/fixes please submit in the issues section of this repo.
