Installing Mongo DB

In order to get DotnetMvcBoilerplate working out of the box you must have Mongo DB installed as a Windows Service on your machine. Instead of re-writing instructions to install Mongo DB as a Windows Service, it is better to visit the official Mongo DB website for the instructions.
