The statistics scripts

• transitions_calc.py - The script that responsible for analyzing the high frequency scans, its statistical outcome is measuring and estimating the life cycle of a certain Onion site
• seed_sensitivity.py - This script used during the research to measure the relation between the size of the original seed set to the amount of discovered and active onions, the script uses the outcome of a full scan, picks a random seed set with fixed size and using DFS on the graph database it checks what onions were discovered with that set
