If you're struggling with one or another issue with Mollie module on your shop, be sure to raise a new issue in the "issues" tab our support team will get back to you as quickly as possible, and will keep you posted during the time we are looking in to it.


Be prepared that most likely to resolve your issue, if we will not be able to replicate it from our end, we will need to receive your shop BO/FTP credentials for further investigation, NEVER send them as a reply in a Github thread, as they might be exposed to other users, therefore always send them as a new email to - [email protected] mentioning the issue number you are sending the credentials for.


Always provide as much information as possible regarding your issue

To resolve your issue faster, it is best to always provide as much information as possible e.g. How to replicate it, steps to reproduction, full environment, any other modules or information that you think might be related to the issue.
