Python libraries

An answer in stackoverflow suggests Pulp.

Pyomo and GLPK/python is also noted.

Cbc is noted as good solver in cc forum Three main libraries: NetworkX, igraph, and graph-tool

NetworkX is pure Python, so its slower than the other two. While it's said that PyPy may make it much faster.

igraph has Python, R, and C interface.

graph-tool claims that its performance is the best in large scale test.
