On a given Association, this Action updates a link to some instance so that it references a different instance. It does this by changing the value of the referential attributes in the Reference to refer to the new target instance.

In the case of an Association Class, the referential attributes of either the T or P Reference is updated. Otherwise, only the Simple Association Reference is updated. So only the reference to the Class with the newly targeted instance is updated.
