Delivery Time obtains value from exactly one Scalar Flow

The time or duration value defining a Delivery Time is supplied by some Scalar Flow.

A Scalar Flow could be used for many purposes, not necessarily flowing a time value.

The same Scalar Flow could branch out and provide the same time value for more than one Signal Action.
