Signal Action specifies input zero, one or many Event Parameter

Event Parameter is input to zero, one or many Signal Action

For each Event Parameter included in an Event Specification (as described in the Event Specification subsystem of the State metamodel), an input value must be supplied. If an Event Specification does not included any Event Parameters, no input values will be required.

An Event Parameter is defined on a given State Model and will be referenced only by those Signal Actions in Activities that send the associated signal/event.
