Extend Action applies result from exactly one Scalar Flow

Scalar Flow provides result to zero, one or many Extend Action

An Extend Action computes a value for the added Table Attribute of each tuple. This value is provided by a Scalar Flow that yields the result of the extension computation.

A given Scalar Flow may or may not provide an extension computation result to any number of Extend Actions.
