Rename Action renames exactly one Model Attribute

Model Attribute is renamed by zero, one or many Rename Action

An attribute in the input Table or Instance Flow is renamed in the output Table Flow. Since the input is a Non Scalar Flow, we are selecting a Model Attribute to be renamed.

A given Model Attribute may or may not be renamed in any number of Rename Actions.
