Sequence Flow enables zero, one or many Emitter

Emitter is enabled by one or many Sequence Flow

An Emitter is necessary only when at least two Sequence Flows must be enabled before a downstream Action may begin execution.

Any given Sequence Flow may or may not be input to an Emitter.

A single Sequence Flow may flow into more than one Emitter since any Flow can split off to multiple destinations.
