Frame has metadata boxed within zero or one Title Block Pattern

A Frame may optionally make use of one Title Block Pattern to present Metadata Items. Each associated Fitted Frame will then use the same pattern, sized differently depending on sheet size and orientation.

A given Title Block Pattern may or may not be used at all. Think of it as a predefined resource available for desigining a Frame. And the same Title Block Pattern can be chosen in a variety of Frames. Each such Frame will have a consistent title block look, with possibly different Free Fields outside of the block as well as entirely different text styles.
