Account Recovery

Account has been stolen

If your account has been stolen you must contact us immediately. Make sure you send an email to [email protected] regarding your account being lost as soon as possible.

⚠️ If the person who has stolen your account breaks the ToS your account could be subject to termination. Act fast. ⚠️

Email [email protected] with relevant information as soon as you can.

We can restore your access swiftly if you send us all the required information, including your previous email address, account username, and, most importantly, your receipt.


Lost account information

If you have recently lost your account information, be it your username or email address associated with the account - we are able to perform an account recovery by either restoring your account information or by informing you of your account information.

Merely contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your payment receipt and information regarding your account. If you believe it may have been stolen, act as fast as possible.


Lost password

You can quickly reset your password through the automated recovery system. On the dashboard, simply click "Reset Password" and enter your email address to be given an account recovery email.

If you haven't received your email, check your spam folder as it may have ended up there. If you still haven't received your email, refer to "Lost account information" above.

Purchase Failure

Feeling like you've been scammed is a horrible feeling, we understand this. We will make sure that in the end, you will receive what you have paid for. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


"Something went wrong".

Accidents can happen, due to the elaborate way Script-Ware securely checks you out, a rare incident may have occurred where-by your payment did not completely finalise on our side. Money will have still left your account.

Before going forward, please make sure you have not received a welcome email from Script-Ware. If you have, access the email and click the "Get Started" button to then create your account and enjoy the product. Make sure you check your spam folder!

😌 Don't panic!

Because you have paid, we already have got your license secured and ready. You will receive your product in the end.

Contact the Help-Desk!

You can easily fix this issue by merely contacting Script-Ware's payment help desk at: [email protected]. Make sure you include the following when you email us:

  • Your payment receipt, be it from Stripe or Coinbase (VERY IMPORTANT!).
  • If money has left your account, you will have gotten a receipt, make sure you send this to the email address.
  • Your email address that was used to purchase. Ideally, email from the purchase email address.

You will be responded to within 24 hours usually. Please try not to email twice, we understand you are frustrated and we will get back to you as soon as possible, we promise!


Stripe: Money left my bank account but you haven't got a receipt or Script-Ware!

This issue has happened sometimes and is not related to Script-Ware. Stripe can sometimes take your money out and have an issue whilst doing so which may result in a lack of a receipt and therefore a lack of product from us.

In this case, you do not need to contact support whatsoever. Within 24 hours you will be refunded fully and can try again. If you do not wish to wait, simply re-purchase instantly and you will be refunded as well as have the product (one of your two payments will be refunded, so you won't pay twice but only once).

If it has been over 48 hours and you have not received a refund, contact [email protected].


Cryptocurrency purchase error (not getting your product and related).

Cryptocurrency is a relatively new method of purchasing anything, and as such, it can be volatile due to many factors that are required to have a flawless purchase.

One of which is that you need to send the correct amount of cryptocurrency to the provided address, including the fees that are relevant in the transaction. If these are not done properly the transaction can be considered either under or overpaid, which means that the purchase was not successful.

Luckily for you, this is easy to fully resolve, you just need to contact us with information regarding your transaction, such as the email you used and the cryptocurrency you used so your transaction can be tracked down.

If you sent the cryptocurrency to the wrong address, there's absolutely nothing we can do to resolve this for you.

Alternatively, the issue could've been on our side and something may have just gone wrong, and if this is the case the fix for this is just a simple email to [email protected]. Make sure to include as much information as you can.


Third-party purchase issue/error (i.e. using PayPal to buy from someone outside of Script-Ware)

We cannot help with anything related to third-party purchases. We may endorse or recommend a third party reseller however they have their own terms of service that you must follow to get appropriate support.

We cannot guarantee a safe and secure purchase with a third party seller of Script-Ware licenses. To ensure you get your license please try to use the methods we offer on our website.


Any other payment related issue.

If you are struggling or not understanding how to purchase Script-Ware, simply contact support and they will be more than happy to help you out.

Account Deletion

This action is not reversable! Please proceed with caution.

The deletion of your account also does not mean you are eligible for a refund.


Why we offer account deletion. Your rights.

Script-Ware adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We take pride in ensuring your data is used lawfully and for very good reasons.

Script-Ware does not log much information, and all private information we do log (such as your password) are very well secured and kept in a version of it that we cannot view or understand. Data we do take is only data that we require to use. You can read about our data storage in the Privacy Policy.

In accordance to the Data Protection Act of 2018, you have an unlimited right to have the data we log erased from our databases, and we are happy to comply to your demand of having such data erased. However, we need to take safety precautions to ensure that no-one else is trying to erase your data (be-it someone who gained unauthorised access to your account) and therefore we require a manual account deletion from us.

To learn more regarding your account deletion, you can head to the "Account Termination" clause in our Terms of Service (ToS).


Deleting your account.

In order to perform an account deletion you must send an email from your billing email address to [email protected] regarding your account deletion. You must include the following information:

  • You MUST email us from your billing email address (the email address you used when paying for Script-Ware).
  • You must include your Script-Ware username and current Script-Ware email address.
  • You must also include a picture or copy of your receipt for Script-Ware.

Once this information is verified we will clarify everything once again and ask if you are sure you would like your account deleted. If you say yes, your account will be erased.

All data will be subsequently erased from our servers, and you are able to go on your way knowing your data is not being held.

This doesn't mean you cannot re-purchase.

If you would like to re-continue your use of Script-Ware, you can re-purchase Script-Ware as usual.

We do not hold backups of your data, or soft delete your data - it is fully erased from our databases and server. It will be as if you never had Script-Ware. This also means we aren't able to reverse this action so please think about it thoroughly before making your choice.

We're sorry to see you go if you do decide to delete your data! 😟
